Overview

Reed Accountancy are currently looking for an available immediately Purchase Ledger clerk to support our client based in Chatham for an on-going temporary assignment. The ideal candidate would need to be able to show experience with the following duties: The duties: • Checking purchase orders against purchase invoices • Checking purchase orders against good received notes • Posting and allocating payments made to the ledger • Amending invoices with recharges • Raising payments via BACs, CHAPs, credit card, direct debit and cheques • Managing payments in Euro’s and Sterling • Allocating invoices on to Sage • Matching and reconciling invoices to payments made • Prepare payment runs If you are able to show the relevant experience obtained from a similar role then please apply
