This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading healthcare provider in their fantastic service in Oswestry, Shropshire. The home provides person-centred care to residents from the age of 18 and above with a range of physical disabilities. This service caters for a range of conditions including head/ brain injury, Huntington's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease and Parkinson's Disease. The Home Manager is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Unit Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to ensure the smooth running of the unit and the highest quality of care is provided. The home boasts an excellent reputation and a good CQC rating. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous managerial experience is highly desirable for this position.
