Spa & Leisure Manager required for this prestigious hotel in the Worcestershire area. My client is currently looking to recruit a experienced Spa Manager who maximise revenue whilst delivering world class service for their members and guests. Duties will include: Driving treatment and retail revenueStock control and inventory managementRecruitment, training and developmentDelivery of a world class service through a comprehensive member journeyMaximising membership uptakeCreation and implementation of a sound business plan Candidates must have leisure management experience including spa management from a luxury facility.
