Senior Residential Property Lawyer Camberley, Surrey | £60,000 - £80,000 per annum A market-leading firm is looking to expand its thriving CQS accredited property team in Camberley with the addition of an exceptional, talented and driven Senior Residential Property Lawyer. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. Recently awarded Property Law Firm of the Year 2019, this Legal 500 ranked firm has offices in Camberley, Wokingham and London. Your New Role Key duties of the Residential Property Lawyer will include: Working closely with the Head of Department Handling a broad range of residential property and conveyancing matters Helping to manage and mentor the non-new build team Involvement with business development and networking About You The firm looks to hire a Senior Residential Property Lawyer who demonstrates: 7 years of PQE Expertise in a range of matters including shared ownership Team management experience Business development skills and experience Some experience of new build transactions is desirable Excellent technical skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal skills across all levels Commercial awareness The ability to win new business whilst being professional, enthusiastic and personable Salary & Benefits The successful Residential Property Lawyer will be rewarded with: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum Bonus scheme (£500K paid in bonus in 2019) Pension contribution Generous holiday entitlement Apply Now If you are a Residential Property Lawyer with suitable experience, drive and ambition, we want to hear from you.
