You will be joining a well-established team of highly regarded solicitors with a first-class reputation in the market. Your role as a clinical negligence solicitor will be to manage a caseload of dental negligence files. You will likely be a clinical negligence solicitor (2 years' PQE) and have experience in managing your own clinical negligence/medical negligence files. Dental negligence experience is desirable, but by no means essential as the firm is happy to consider those with general clinical negligence experience.
