An exciting opening has arisen for a senior corporate and commercial solicitor with broad experience to join this commercial firm's office in Cheltenham. You will ideally be a solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE working at a reputable firm and with some prior experience in corporate and commercial work - although the latter is not essential. You will be someone who can undertake successful business development activities and be motivated to help expand the Corporate Team while building your client base. Not only will you be supporting the head of the team, but you will also be handling your caseload and transactions with supervision when necessary.
