Overview
A friendly, modern and very well-structured company with a successful Defendant Industrial Disease offering currently seeks an additional industrial disease paralegal or fee earner to support their existing established team based in Chester. The firm is recognized for its Industrial Disease and Employers Liability work, encompassing both Deafness, Mesothelioma, Asbestos, RSI, WRULD claims (long tail and short tail claims). This particular role will see you handling a varied caseload of Disease and Employers Liability claims, while you assist the senior members of the team on more complex matters. Ideally, you will be an industrial disease paralegal with previous experience in handling matters such as NIHL, RSI or VWF, however, candidates from an EL/PL background with a real desire to act on Defendant Industrial Disease claims are also encouraged to apply.
