Assisting a team of solicitors, you will be drafting legal documents, organising bulk lease extension files, tribunal proceedings, right to manage claims and technical leasehold issues. You will be a legal executive or paralegal with a minimum of 12 months’ experience in enfranchisement and will be very familiar with this area of law.
