Overview
A Conveyancing specialist law firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer or Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team at based in Preston, working in conjunction with an established Residential Conveyancer. This Residential Conveyancer role will be dealing with clients from start to finish on all types of Residential Conveyancing, handling the whole process including ID, anti-money laundering, title checks, searches, enquiries, drafting documents, SDLT returns and Land Registry registration. All with supervision and qualified support. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or Senior Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 2 year's experience running their own Residential Conveyancing caseload or is fully conversant running files from start to finish to increase their knowledge to work in a close nit team. This role will offer a Competitive salary and is willing to look at part time hours for candidate with the right experience.
