Private Client Lawyer Canterbury, Kent £30,000 - £50,000 per annum A market leading, highly reputable Kent-based firm is looking to offer an exciting opportunity to a talented Private Client Lawyer. Based in Canterbury, this full-time, permanent role presents the chance to be part of a well-structured and balanced team within a firm that has several other offices in Kent. Your New Role The successful Private Client Lawyer will inherit a caseload that offers variety and includes: Dealing with Wills, LPAs and Inheritance Tax planning Assisting with Estates involving both domestic and overseas property and tax issues (escalating more complex matters to the partner where necessary) Assisting with Court of Protection work Assisting with Trusts and agricultural estates Administering Probate matters You will also be actively involved in business development and networking for the department. About You The firm is looking to speak with Solicitors, Lawyers and other Fee Earners who demonstrate: 2 years of PQE A good understanding of the above duties Experience of business development or willingness to get involved Exceptional client care skills Salary In return, the successfully placed Private Client Lawyer can expect a salary of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum , dependent on experience, plus an excellent benefits package .
