Real Estate Lawyer | Leeds | Top tier firm | NQ-2PQE | Social Housing Top tier firm is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer to join their team of Social Housing experts in Leeds. This Real Estate opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent basis (with flexible and agile working options). The Team As this firm's new Real Estate Lawyer: - You will work with a team top ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers - You will work with high profile banks and finance houses, developers and funders - Work with some of the leading lawyers and partners in the UK specialising in social housing - Work with conveyancing, due diligence and all aspects of commercial property within social housing The Work As the team's new Real Estate Lawyer: - Deal with all forms of Social Housing and Commercial Property work within the Social Housing Finance team Real Estate finance work - You will be involved in property due diligence work required for charging properties & securitisation - Work on a wide range of transactions from reporting on s106 agreements dealing with release transactions, valuations and so on Benefits - Market leading salary - Bonus - Quick progression opportunity - Agile and flexible working options More about you - You will be a Real Estate lawyer (or have a Real Estate seat and/or Banking & Finance seat if you are an NQ) from NQ to around 2 years' PQE - Solid academics with a 2:1 degree Apply If you would like to apply for this Real Estate Lawyer role, please send an up to date copy of your CV or call us for a confidential discussion BCL Legal is an equal opportunities employer.
