UX / UI DESIGNER and FRONT END DEVELOPER

Our client is the UK’s number 1 platform in their market. The UI Designer will be working as part of the award winning development team with the purpose to lead the design and implementation of UI across a range of company and client websites. Responsibilities will include both continually reviewing and upgrading existing platforms as well leading on the development of prototypes and building of new sites. Ideal but not essential skills: Designing web applications and producing usable solutions from concept through visual design Defining information architecture elements and describing with sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, etc. Ability to apply theories related to colour schemes, use of space, text placement, usability and visual flow to create beautiful visual designs Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, XD advantageous Knowledge of design for responsive and mobile environments Ability to be efficient, productive, and flexible with a dynamic workload Strong communication skills and the ability to work within project schedules and deadlines.
