Overview
Work as the Registered Home Manager for an highly reputable care provider that offer a high end services of care to the elderly across the midlands. The Registered Home Manager will be a strong and experienced Registered Nurse with experience leading a team in a elderly/dementia nursing home. This role is based in the West Bromwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with experience of managing a team to utilise your managerial skills and experience and have a direct impact on the care home resident's and families. You will have a generous and supportive settling in period with lots of help when needed from a very understanding, knowledgeable and supportive senior management team The Registered Manager will also have knowledge and empathy of caring for the older person and can demonstrate strong professional leadership, a flexible attitude to work pattern and excellent communication skills.
