The Company have been established for almost 30 years and is a truly British manufacturer and is one of the most efficient food processors of its kind in the UK. They are looking to expand their engineering team once again due to increased growth in their market share. Key Skills Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience of PLC Systems & Automated Machinery Understanding of PPM Systems Within a Production Arena The Role You will have served a minimum of a full apprenticeship in engineering, either electrical or mechanical and have experience working within planned and preventative maintenance schedules, working with equipment such as packaging, conveyors and processing machinery within a high speed automated environment. Working closely with production, operations & technical to improve standards and manufacturing efficiencies. You will have knowledge and experience of working within a team of multi skilled engineers and therefore ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of this high speed manufacturing plant. Y ou will report into the Engineering Manager and this will lead to a fantastic opportunity to progress your career to more senior roles within this secure organisation.
