COMPANY With business growth the opportunity is now available for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join a well-established, national managed service provider. Based at their south Manchester office with over 100 people on site, the successful engineer will earn up to £23K, in addition to 25 days holiday, great training, pension, monthly reward scheme, free parking and more. THE JOB You will be responsible for: Delivering outstanding customer service through understanding the user's needs. Talking with clients and users to determine the nature of any problems Collaborating with internal technical teams to recreate issues and deliver fixes / modifications Taking full ownership of incidents and ensuring they are quickly escalated/ prioritised appropriately. Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with all stakeholders (Internal users, customers, suppliers etc.) Pursuing personal development of your skills/ knowledge base to effectively perform the role at a high standard.
