Overview
Employee Benefits Team Leader £28,000 to £35,000 plus benefits JohnstonGreer is working exclusively with a large, national accountancy firm with an operational presence in Glasgow. The Employee Benefits team service a portfolio of Group Risk, Pension and Healthcare accounts. Due to a recent merger, this successful firm is seeking a Team Leader to head up the EB administration team. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6-7 EB administrators. You will cover monthly 121's, HR issues, team meetings, staff training and development, recruitment, work allocation and attend client meetings. You will still be responsible for any aspect of client relationship management, owning a couple of key accounts. The role will be 70% management and 30% administration.
