Revenue Assurance Manager

This role will manage a team to deliver the GBA Enterprise strategy ensuring the team has the requisite knowledge, skills, abilities and tools to be successful. Training on industry knowledge and best practices will be required to keep the team capable of executing the GBA Enterprise strategy to deliver benefits that contribute to the Enterprise CFU revenue, reduce costs and provide assurance of products & services across a customer base with revenues in excess of £2.0B. This role will be the subject matter expert (SME) that will act in an advisory capacity to implement controls that will increase coverage in parallel to providing updates to stakeholder's giving them confidence that the delivery of products and services to customers is as expected i.e. all usage is billed, rates are applied accurately, service delivered within SLA etc. Initiate Business requirements and CR to improve the current control coverage in WeDo RAID and any other relevant control activity, systems & tools. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate the implementation of systems, process and people changes with the business community. Produce reporting packs for GBA LT and CFU Stakeholders that covers the performance of the team against set KPIs, updates on risk and issues, benefit reporting and all other GBA activities. Maintain and report on business progress against improvement plans and escalate as appropriate. Review Revenue Assurance Business Strategy identify risks and make adjustments as appropriate. Update the Group Revenue Assurance risk register with new risks identified or mitigated. Chair periodical stakeholder meetings.
