SQL Implementation Consultant - Northampton

SQL Implementation Consultant - Remote Working available SQL Application Support Consultants must live or be able to commute from the Northampton office. The role allows remote working for part of the week. This is a permanent SQL Implementation role, which will involve extracting, validating and manipulating client data, setting up new instances of the MIS software, ensuring a smooth transition from existing client systems. This SQL Implementation Consultant role with give the candidate an opportunity to grow into a development / technical consultant role within the Systems / Software development team, should you desire. Responsibilities: Work as part of the Implementation Team installing software and migrating data Extract data from pre-existing Management Information Systems Validate data sets and liaise with clients to rectify errors Manipulate and import data Configure of MS-SQL, IIS, SSRS and Web Components. Implementation Consultants will need a good understanding of SQL, SSRS reporting, IIS, JavaScript and Application Support experience. Good knowledge of software installation and technical creation environment is desired. Experience required: Solid working experience of SQL (Querying, writing scripts etc) Customer service experience Experience of Windows Server/IIS/Web Applications Experience working with data This application support Consultant role will suit someone who has a strong understanding in applications support / development including project work, technical specification, development, documentation and unit testing.
