Remote 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer - MSP - London - £25-35K Windows Server 2008-2016, VPN, 365, Exchange, AD MSP Experience highly desirable An established Managed Service Provider based in London requires a 2nd/3rd line support engineer to join their team and deal with escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and troubleshooting. This individual must be extremely comfortable working with Windows Server in an MSP environment. This company provides many progression avenues for the exceptional performers with paths into Technical Consultancy and Field Engineer Roles. This company are always looking to promote from within before looking externally.
