Overview

A leading organisation based in Edinburgh are currently looking to hire a talented and enthusiastic 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst to join their IT team on an intial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for providing a first response to telephone and remote support requests and for that reason you MUST have excellent communication skills and be organised. With the current issues regarding CV19, you will be expected to work from home. Equipment will be provided. When the current crisis ends, you will be asked to work in their Edinburgh office. Day-to-day responsibilities of the 1st Line Support Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst (Windows, MS Office, O365 & Sharepoint) will include: logging support calls and requests into my client's helpdesk ticketing system. Prioritising requests, communicating clearly with the users and escalating when necessary.
