If this sounds like you, we have a fantastic opportunity based in Wakefield… An award-winning firm is looking for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their busy team at their offices in Wakefield. They're looking for a team player who can come in and hit the ground running. This role is also available on a part time basis so if you have other commitments to fit around your work, this could be of interest. Role - You will be responsible for a portfolio of civil litigation matters, predominantly in relation to consumer and property law disputes - You'll be required to negotiate with third parties and achieve the best settlement outcomes - You will be working in a very busy and well-established department so essentially you need to be able to cope within a target orientated environment. Candidate - The ideal candidate will NQ level and upwards with previous experience of running their own caseload of Civil and Property Litigation matters too. - The candidate will need to have excellent negotiating skills as well as a client centric approach - Good attention to detail, organisational skills and excellent time management.
