Overview
Junior PC Applications Software Developer – C#.Net This Cambridge-based, design & development digital communications company, is seeking a Junior PC Application Software Developer with at least 2 years’ experience in C#.Net, concurrency/threading and object-oriented design and programming, helping to develop external and internal facing PC based applications. It is important you have the following: Familiarity with object oriented design patterns and programming Professional experience of C#.Net Professional experience of concurrency/threading Professional experience of REST service design (e.g. Microsoft WebAPI, NancyFX) A working knowledge of database design and SQL As well as the above, it would be useful if you had experience of working with Agile (Scrum), knowledge of communication with attached embedded devices, along with knowledge of technologies such as NUnit, T-SQL Server, WinForms, WPF, C++, Javascript/CSS/HTML, and version control systems (e.g. GIT, Perforce) You will have strong A-Level grades, a 1 st Class or 2:1 technical degree and will have 2 or 3 years' commercial experience in a high-tech company.
