Finance Administrator / Junior Finance Analyst

Working as part of a small finance function for a business based on the outskirts of Dewsbury this position will offer the successful candidate an excellent insight into a well-rounded junior finance position. Reporting to the Finance Manager you would take responsibilities for: Initial duties will include: Processing BACS payment runs Reconciliation of bank statements Raising all purchase invoices Adding supplier invoices to system Take control of purchase ledger responsibilities Maintain and update management spreadsheets Undertake any other administrative tasks as required by the finance team What we look for We seek employees with a great attitude, who can be helpful and provide assistance where needed The candidate will need to have a good aptitude for numbers Experience of using Excel is essential but good IT knowledge in general is also required An ability to be discreet, diplomatic, reliable and trustworthy This is a position that is being shortlisted very quickly due to the client wanting to make a swift appointment, with that in mind if you are interested and have the relevant experience apply now.
