Nuffield Health is recruiting a Finance Business Partner where you have the opportunity to act as a trusted partner and key advisor to the IT leadership team and the Procurement Director. The opportunity You'll deliver key insight on business performance, influencing decision-making processes, driving profitable growth as well as supporting the delivery of the charity's long term strategic goals. You will: Act as the primary contact for IT leadership team and the Procurement Director in the financial management of their cost centres, projects and activities as well as acting as a sounding board, trusted adviser and facilitator of productive business discussions. Deliver high quality business insight to both support and influence decision-making, as well as providing ad hoc commercial analysis to reduce costs and improve financial performance. Provide internal business advisory services to identify & diagnose financial issues, develop solutions, build business cases, appraise investments and drive value through business change. Support and challenge the IT leadership team and Procurement Director in the delivery of their central cost centre budgets and forecasts Support the CIO and Procurement Director with the interpretation of Financial & KPI reports to ensure performance reporting is understood and drives value through data driven decision making The Person This is a dynamic role that requires you to be a self-starter with previous experience of working within a multi discipline / brand or service company along with strong FP&A / business partnering skills gained within a finance function. You'll need strong problem solving and advisory skills and will demonstrate a high level of commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and negotiate.
