JOB DESCRIPTION Brite Services are working with an award winning company based in central Bath who are seeking candidates with strong administration skills and a passion for dealing with customers while providing a professional level of service. Central Bath location with excellent transport links, entry level role starting at £17,500 per annum with a quarterly salary review plan. Permanent full-time role. Immediate starts available. Usual working hours are 09:00am-5:30pm with one later shift 10:30am-7pm once a week with the need to be flexible when business levels demand. Successful applicants will be self-motivated, extremely well organised and have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to be able to work both as part of a team and autonomously is essential, whilst delivering a high level of customer service. For those with the right enthusiasm and personality, full training will be given within a supportive environment. The role involves working closely with a team of mortgage advisors, responsibility for looking after your own itinerary and diary management of mortgage applications.
