We are looking to recruit a driven and dynamic individual that possess the raw skills that can be developed to produce top a performing professional head hunter. Objective: To develop strong professional relationships with existing consultants and successfully source new candidates to assist in the delivery of impeccable customer service to both candidate and client. Job Activities - these include but are not restricted to: Search, using a variety of sources, for marketable candidates Research the market, our clients, their competitors and trends to maintain a healthy understanding of our clients’ situation and needs. Head-hunt and approach suitable candidates using the database and the results of name gathering Reporting, candidate profiling, interviewing and database management. Work in close collaboration with consultants on specific business assignments. The ideal candidate should possess: Excellent communication skills Ambition with an entrepreneurial/commercial flair High levels of professionalism and confidentiality Able to take ownership and responsibility A hard-working team player Naturally persuasive, resilient and excellent customer service skills Strong organisational, multi-tasking and prioritising skills A positive attitude Why Seven?
