Overview
One of the fastest-expanding national law firms is seeking a senior child care solicitor for the office based in Bedford. The firm has over 200 staff across its 13 office networks and is looking to grow its services inline with targeted growth in its core services. The ideal senior child care solicitor will have around 6 years' PQE, a panel accreditation and should be able to demonstrate outstanding knowledge of: - care orders - supervision orders - emergency protection - special guardianship orders - child protection reviews and child arrangement orders Also, you will need experience in representing parents, grandparents, other family members and children directly or through their court-appointed Childrens' Guardian. This role will see you manage and grow a team, in which you should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the local regional market.
