Overview
Membership Advisor My client is looking for a proactive customer service executive who also enjoys administration. The role, is to assist with the day to day running of the Member Services Team delivering high quality service across quotes, policy administration, claims and renewals. Duties include: Producing quotations for all product lines Loading new business on to the system Dealing with membership & policy amendments postenrolment Calculating, sending and processing renewals Assist in pricing negotiations on quotations and renewals Ad-hoc administration tasks such as scanning documentation or franking post. Skills Required Customer service experience preferable but not essential Numeracy and literacy skills essential. Use of concise, clear and appropriate language Listening and responding effectively Able to build rapport and successful relationships Empathetic; able to identify, understand and respond to different views Pro-active approach and 'can- This role comes with a company bonus, excellent pension along with private healthcare.
