As a Female Registered Nurse in Redruth, you'll oversee the clinical and emotional care of individuals with complex healthcare needs within their own home. Without nurses like you, these individuals may live their lives in a specialist unit, away from their family and friends. Your decision-making skills will be second to none, and you'll be able to lead a care of healthcare staff to work together for the best possible outcome, maintaining a sense of calmness, at all times. This role is varied, with responsibilities ranging from developing care plans, administering medicine and supporting teams of care assistants. As a Newcross Nurse, we will support you to be the very best at your job, and to strive for clinical excellence at all times. Shifts for this role vary but include Wednesdays and relief hours. Could you be our next home care nurse? With current NMC registration, you'll always be up-to-date with the latest clinical best practices, and work hard to achieve excellence in your work. You will have over 6 months post-qualification experience behind you, and the confidence to handle complex crisis situations with ease. You'll feel comfortable being the clinical lead in a team within the homes of the individuals in your care, offering advice to care assistants and family and friends, to ensure that the service user has round-the-clock support.
