Overview

Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager needed by a leading API Cloud based start-up, used by millions of end-users for thousands of developers around the world daily. Securing Series A funding, they are now looking to double in size and bring on-board their first Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager who will help build their infrastructure and shape their future. The Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager will: Build account plans and strategies to retain and increase revenue and market share within existing accounts Manage customers onboarding and post-sale experience Solve complex user needs Act as the primary point of contact for customers and be "the face of the business" Understanding customer's needs and communicating these needs back to internal teams Uncovering new opportunities The Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager will have:- 1-2 years' experience in a similar Customer Success Manager role for a technology company, supporting a SaaS/API product People person - Natural relationship builder with strong analytical and organisational skills Comfortable in a rapid growth start-up environment Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal alongside the ability to form and build strong, long lasting client relationships Highly organised and motivated Technically minded - have a genuine passion for technology products & customer development This is an incredible opportunity for a Customer Success Manager / Senior Customer Success Manager / Strategic Account Manager to join a rapidly growing company.
