Job Title: Registered Nurse Location: Headington, Oxford Pay: £18.00 per hour (£41,000) Shifts: Day Duty OR Night Duty - We can accommodate preferences Service: Elderly Nursing Home Accommodation can be rented on Site The Client Eclypse recruitment are currently recruiting for a registered nurse for a nursing home in Headington in Oxford. The nursing home offers residential care to elderly people over the age of 65. The home is part of a well-respected group of care homes and the home has been established for a number of years. The Role The home can offer a day nurse or night nurse role working 33-44 hours per week, although we can consider part time applicants. This is a small but very busy home as the home is linked to the local hospital and has a number of NHS Hub beds. This is a fast-paced environment with lots of discharges and admissions and a very clinical role. Shifts are 8am - 8pm or 8pm to 8am and we can accommodate preferences for either days or nights. The Person We are looking for a nurse who has the following: Registered Nurse - General or Adult Qualification Registered with the NMC with no restrictions on practice A clear DBS Good clinical skills including taking bloods, catheters (male and female) PEG feeds and end of life care. The Salary The hourly rate is £18.00 per hour and on a 44-hour contract this equates to circa £41,184 per annum.
