Product Designer, Agile, UX, Mobile My client, one of Europe's fastest growing independent companies and the UK's leading company within their sector are currently looking for a Product Designer to join their team As Product Designer, you must have strong end to end experience across UX with a firm focus on qualitative research able to design products around the customer's needs. The right Product Designer must have an inquisitive nature, able to be autonomous within an environment that breeds creativity and innovation. You must have a pragmatic approach with a desire to find solutions to issues and must be able to demonstrate sharp design thinking within the discovery phase. The organization itself has been extremely successful and secured £100 million in funding which they will use to continue developing their product, design and technology teams. They have a company size of over 200 people and boast some high profiled sponsorships. The business is driven by data and A.I plays a significant role in ensuring their products reach customers on time and offer an efficient and enjoyable user experience. Required Skills: Strong end-to-end Product Design experience A good understanding of Agile principles Strong UX and research skills able to obtain and interpret qualitative data Mobile and native design in an e-commerce environment As Product Designer, you will also be responsible for the delivery of an exceptional digital experience for customers across their web and native app platform. You must have a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and methods with the ability to prioritise effectively while remaining focused on adding customer and business value.
