Desktop Support - Glasgow Desktop Support Engineer Location: Glasgow Pay Rate: £13 per hour (LTD/Umbrella) Contract duration: 4 months Our client, a leading provider of IT services and solutions, is currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team at a customer site in Glasgow. The day to day duties will involve: Check in of new and returning IT equipment Asset equipment and provide details to onsite team to upload onto customer Assyst System Manage stores area and equipment Build Laptop and Desktops for Customer Refresh Project using AD and SCCM Data wipe (capture certification) and clean of returning IT equipment ready for up lift by leasing company Skills: Experience of using SCCM/AD to deliver customer builds Experience with HP /Dell equipment Must be able to work to tight deadlines Ability to drive on the project and manage their environment Hays Talent Solutions is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
