A Chef de Partie role is available at a four star hotel located in Cheshire Role: The Head Chef of a luxury, country house hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen initially focusing on the larder and starter sections although you will be moved round in time.In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the award winning restaurant which offers British dishes prepared with modern twists using the latest cooking techniques including a Josper grill.The role will also you getting involved with the afternoon teas, room service and the weddings/ banquets that take place at the venue making this a good role to hone your all round cooking skills. Requirements: The role would suit a Chef de Partie seeking a new role in their career but strong Commis/ Demi Chef de Parties will also be considered for this position.The role needs a chef with a good attitude who is prepared to take on the training offered in order to ensure that you can work to the standards the Head Chef has implemented at the hotel.
