We are currently recruiting for a Master Data Specialist who will support and co-ordinate customer, vendor and pricing data requirements inclusive of all administration support to the Customer, Vendor and Pricing MDM Team. They will ensure Credit Applications and all Customer, Vendor and Pricing data set ups are executed accurately and timely, ensuring Business SLAs are met. This is a perfect entry level role into our Master Data team for an individual that is passionate about data and wants to pursue a career with an award-winning FMCG company that's truly entrepreneurial. In this role the key responsibilities will include: Create and maintain customer master data in core systems within agreed KPI. Create and maintain vendor master data in core system within agreed KPI. Create and maintain pricing master data in core systems within agreed KPI. Process customer applications and extensions in accordance with the legal entity. Ensuring core system alignment and the risk of any potential bad debt is mitigated. Process vendor requests through workflow working collaboratively with the Müller Buyers and SSC-PO Team. Data entry of all customer cost prices in SAP in relation to NPD & across the board price increases together with 'Weight Down' initiatives. Interface Fulfilment Centre systems into a centralised Accounts Receivable platform on a weekly basis. Responsible for accurate entry and ongoing maintenance of Customer, Vendor and Pricing Master Data. Have a responsive ‘right first time' approach Provide admin support to the Customer, Vendor and Pricing MDM Team. Monitor & respond to general email enquiries. General system housekeeping duties. Key skills & experience Educated to HNC/'A' Level Standard Good technology skills preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP but not necessary. Good numeracy skills demonstrated through a methodical approach. Good Excel skills.
