Assistant Restaurant Manager – Wiltshire – Luxury Hotel – Live in An Assistant Restaurant Manager is required for this quaint hotel in the heart of Wiltshire. The hotel boasts stunning bespoke bedrooms and an award winning 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant as well as relaxing bar and lounge area, which serves a wide variety of wines, champagnes and handmade cocktails. The entire hotel is elegantly designed and offers the perfect setting for guests to relax, dine in the restaurant, or enjoy a refreshing drink created by the expert bar staff. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their front of house team and help to ensure each is running to an extremely high standard. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will: Greet customers and provide them with your expertise Provide excellent customer service Manage the restaurant and bar within this award-winning establishment Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to junior team members Ensure each customer is offered the highest level of customer service Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements The hotel has an excellent reputation and can offer a dedicated team member the opportunity for further career development.
