Overview of the role: Nigel Wright are delighted to be working with a leading organisation in the North East in the search for an ERP Programme Director. Our client are embarking on a large scale ERP transformation project moving from SAP to Oracle and require someone to help lead a signifcant programme of work Role: ERP Programme Director Location: Newcastle Duration: 18 month Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Start Date: ASAP Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 The Role The organisation have selected the desired new ERP solution (Oracle) and are embarking on a large scale transformation. As the programme director you will be responsible for leading the definition, development and progression of the project. Reporting directly to the programme sponsor You will advise on the selection of an implementation partner You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders Key Requirements Extensive experience working at a Programme Director level Track record of delivering successful transformation change Ideally also demonstrable experience of delivering at least two ERP implementations (even better if you have migrated to Oracle ERP Cloud) A detailed understanding of the ERP migration lifecycle Leadership skills- you will be communicating and developing the objectives as well as motivating the rest of the team Building relationships with influencers to overcome obstacles To Apply Due to the high volume of applications we are unable to respond personally to each individual application.
