Overview
Orion Group Life Sciences have an exciting opportunity for a QA Lead for our client based in Clare or Dublin. This is a permanent role. Main Responsibilities of the role As part of the management team, identify risks and opportunities. Work with the team to develop measures to reduce and control process risks Provide professional support and advice to site management teams and process managers Ensure the company's quality ethos is carried out on site and within all process, through inspections, audits and reporting Assist staff and contractors in respect of compliance with current legislation, client standards and contractual arrangements Identify initiatives to improve performance and assist in addressing areas of poor performance Produce quality performance reports as required Promptly alert line and functional management to significant ncr's Investigate & review non conformity, coordinate response Assist and liaise with external bodies e.g. Local Authorities, Clients, Consultants and contractors Desired Experience and Background of the successful candidate 7 years management of construction and design quality Good knowledge of BCAR Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel Experience of construction quality systems Experience with relevant quality standards and management systems. Educated to FETAC level 7 or above Computer literate. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
