About the role: The key purpose of this role is to manage and develop a team of analysts located in the UK and India. To deliver functional and non-functional requirements against an agreed change and transformation roadmap with key focus on Savings & Mortgages to support; products, data & systems modelling, processes and associated business initiatives. Working hand in hand with the business and IT programme managers, project managers and business leads to agree scheduling and planning of analysis responsibilities and resource needs across multiple platforms, ensuring Business Architecture aligns to IT Architecture. As the Lead Business Analyst, main duties include: Manage delivery of BA activities across a programme of works to include multiple concurrent projects Produce high quality business requirements from a functional and non-functional perspective Lead and facilitate system process improvement workshops, resolve scoping issues and stakeholder conflicts Ensure delivery of end to end traceability against quality business requirements and system/functional specifications Collaborate in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications To work with Product Owners and development teams using agile principles and processes.
