Overview
We are looking for creative, positive and dynamic individuals to provide personalised support plans to our learning disabilities services in Liverpool. Working alongside our dedicated team you will provide practical, emotional and behavioural support to individuals with learning disabilities enabling them to develop the skills to have a great quality of life as important and valued members of the local community. You must be able to work using your own initiative, promote independence and work effectively as part of a team to allow service users enjoy the highest quality of life. Relevant skills and experience is desirable although full training including Diploma in Social Care is offered to those who seek a qualification within this industry. What we offer… Creative Support also offers a wide range of training courses and this will be a perfect opportunity for those who are seeking to progress in the health and social care sector as we also offer the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care level 3 – 5. As a support worker we will support your continuous development by providing accredited courses such as person centered planning, communication approaches and many more.
