Senior Research Associate in Evidence Synthesis Job number ACAD104510 Division/School - Bristol Medical School Contract type - Open Ended Working pattern - Full time Salary £38,017-£42,792 per annum Closing date for applications 02-Apr-2020 An excellent opportunity has arisen for a statistician with an interest in meta-analysis to join the multidisciplinary evidence synthesis team at Bristol Medical School. Line managed by Prof Julian Higgins, the successful applicant will be part of Bristol Appraisal and Review of Research group within the new Centre for Advanced Research Synthesis and Decision Science in the Department of Population Health Science. You will work on diverse evidence synthesis projects, with a particular emphasis on network meta-analysis in the context of health technology assessment, and also on applications of Bayesian evidence synthesis in epidemiology. There will be opportunities to work on methodological research projects, and to collaborate with internationally renowned colleagues in the Department.
