This primary school provide an exciting and relevant curriculum which motivates the children to learn collaboratively and independently. You will need: Recent experience within a PRU ideally with KS2 pupils - within the last 6-12 months DBS on the Update Service or Apply for a new DBS via Hays Employment References covering the last two years Your new primary teaching assistant job In your new job you will be working alongside the other Teachers/Teaching Assistants in school across KS2. You will be expected to mark, plan and deliver to intervention lessons on a 1-2-1 basis. Working part time having a passion for teaching and good behaviour management, including an extensive background and experience working with children that have lower ability. What you'll need to succeed This job requires a fully qualified teaching assistant, that has recent experience within both a PRU and a primary school. It is important that you have a strong knowledge of the current curriculum and will be able to deliver lessons at ease. You will need to have a passion for working with children and go above and beyond in your new role within this 'Good' primary school.
