Overview
Our mission at Wunderman Thompson is to inspire growth for ambitious brands – acting as a growth partner to the world’s top companies. To do this effectively, we need brilliant people who are excited by the potential that technology, data and creativity have to work in harmony and deliver brilliant experiences for consumers. And that is why we are excited to launch our new industry-defining graduate programme, the Catalyst Academy, starting in September 2020. The Catalyst Academy is an eighteen-month programme which will offer rotations across at least four different Wunderman Thompson business units across the UK, Germany and the Netherlands. Along with the rotations, the Catalysts will train together throughout the duration of the programme; supporting each other, learning and having fun. At the end of the programme we will work with you to identify where you will be best positioned to succeed in a landing role within Wunderman Thompson.
