Great opportunity for a Transaction Processing Team Leader, from a Finance background Your new company This large construction company based in the south Birmingham area is looking to bring on board a permanent head in the processing team. They are looking to bring on board a team leader type profile responsible for the operational management of a team of around 8 heads. Your new role They are looking for someone who has extensive experience in a processing team leader role. You will need to have people management experience within a medium sized team. You will have to have inducted new starters, conducted training, good presentation skills and you must have good knowledge of the Order to cash process/accounts payable and credit control. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need to have worked in a fast paced, high volume environment previously. You will need to have managed a team sized 4 people upwards previously. You will need to have knowledge and ideally worked in a transaction lead Finance role previously. You will be driving compliance with policies, processes and internal controls within the team so ideally will have, had experience doing this before.
