Overview

As a billing assistant you will be joining a business finance function for a growing business on a 3 month FTC. You will be responsible for supporting the revenue function by identifying claims to be invoiced, preparing individual and composite invoices, preparing MI for clients and internal management, liaising with stakeholders including insurers, policyholders and brokers. Client Details Our client is an industry leader within their specialism and due to continued business growth they are now looking to recruit for a billings assistant to help support their invoicing function on 3 month ftc. Description The duties of the billing assistant will include but not limited to : Preparing and sending invoices out to customers Escalating queries from clients and responding with a successful outcome Provision of data to other divisions for group composite billings Working with the administration and finance teams on the processing of invoices Analysis of claims data and client agreements to identify cases for interim billing Profile The successful candidate will have the following : Previous experience of working within a billings function - Essential Ability to work under pressure - Essential Excellent communication skills - Essential Excellent written and verbal communication, confident in front of clients - Essential Strong customer service skills - Essential Experience with resolving complex invoice disputes - Essential Job Offer On offer is a competitive salary.
