2nd Line Technical Support Engineer Up to £32,000 Stonehouse, Gloucestershire My client is a UK market leader in their field and due to company expansion, they are seeking to recruit a new 2nd Technical Support Engineer to join their team. They are looking for an individual who is hungry to learn, has a passion for technology and can provide excellent customer service. 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities: 2nd line technical support, including proactive monitoring and response Liaise with the 3nd Line team and escalate faults when needed Remote and on-site customer support Managing and supporting internal systems Provide customers with regular updates on the status of faults and the works around them About you: Minimum of 1 year in a similar 2nd line support role Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365 and Azure LAN & WAN experience is advantageous Ability to use logical thinking to investigate and diagnose faults Strong time management and organisational skills Strong listening skills Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal For immediate consideration, please send your CV to Steve at i2i recruitment today.
