This is an opportunity to join an architectural company based in the Midlands which service all areas of the West Midlands, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcestershire and more. You will be conducting onsite consultations and be working directly with clients conducting site visits to discuss their new project for residential Single Storey Extensions, Double Storey Extensions and Loft Conversions, which is a certainly a booming market. You will be acting upon pre-qualified leads where the client has already requested a call back. This will include producing quotes from initial discussions and then further communication. You'll be working alongside a successful team with a proven business strategy. Basic measuring skills using a lser will be used to measure property with a laser and then manually noted. A clear client requirement will be written using the company template. The company is an Architects practice, but the role doesn't necessarily need experience in the field. The role requires little architecture knowledge and is based around people skills, the ability to talk clients through standard processes and the way the company works.
