Rare in-house corporate role - wide ranging and with significant responsibility My client is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to advise both the UK and Group on corporate and governance matters. You will enjoy working within a fast-paced environment and will benefit from a high level of engagement with colleagues and senior stakeholders within the business. You will be a confident and effective communicator, adept at quickly instilling confidence in others. This rare in-house corporate opportunity would most certainly suit someone with a number of years' experience in private practice who is ready for a change of direction and is keen to perform a high-profile role within an organisation.
