Suitable candidates will have experience of working across large organisations coupled with some of the following: Multiple years' experience supporting day-to-day Microsoft Windows Server platforms and products (Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange 2007/2010, ISA/TMG Server), Citrix, VMWare, Lync 2010, Windows Clusters. Able to work with both technical and those with limited understanding of technical concepts Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple change work streams, often across many technologies Strong accountability and results-oriented, with ability to set priorities independently, provide follow-through, and meet objectives Understanding of ITIL processes and functions Additionally, you will enjoy working within a busy yet rewarding environment.
