Overview

Knight in shining armour is needed, OK, none of those about, what about a super duper RGN or RMN who loves older people and their fabulous families. This is an exciting and slightly different role, you will need to wear a silver suitbe able to ride a horse and great at jousting Yes or you could be a NMC Pin Holder, of the RGN or RMN type. If not great at jousting, can you take blood, write a care plan, take control of the shift, help a carer to bed bath somebody, develop less qualified members of the care team, and of course offer best practice evidenced based care? This Nursing Home group is fast becoming one of my favourites with an unrivalled package and great support. They are great places to work, with training and development being the thing that really guides the Master of the Realm - OK the leaders of this business. Home grown talent, and promotion from within is the way this company works. You want extra qualifications, well push that horse out of the way, you will get that NVQ L5 training, that Mentorship Module, Advanced Nurse Practitioner I hear you shout. I ANSWER YES YES YES Call me, I am obviously rambling uncontrollably, but the short message is: Peripatetic Nurse needed for days and nights at fabulous small independent Nursing Home company at fabulous rate of pay. Up to 48 hours available across the services, most of which are very close to each other. At a rate of pay of £18p/h that is an annual salary of £44,928.
